Kenneth G. (Ken) Tower, CMT, is President, CEO and Chief Investment Strategist of Quantitative Analysis Service, Inc. (QAS), the nearly 40 year-old institutional investment research and advisory firm. An internationally known investment market technician and strategist, Ken Tower joined QAS in 2008 bringing to QAS a broad range of experience including roles as chief market strategist for the CyberTrader unit of Charles Schwab.
He has been widely quoted in the financial press and has been published in major technical journals. A member and former president of the Market Technicians Association (MTA) he currently serves on the MTA's CMT Curriculum Committee.
Jing Hui is Executive Vice President and COO of Quantitative Analysis Service, Inc. (QAS), the 35+ year-old institutional investment research and advisory firm. She has been a key member of the QAS management team for more than 20 years, and serves as the firmís compliance officer. Actively involved in client account management, she is a member of the QAS Investment Strategy Committee.
Steven Malinsky is EVP of Business Development of Quantitative Analysis Service, Inc. (QAS) and is responsible for new strategic initiatives, research and product development. He has over 15 years of experience in financial markets research, product development and implementation, along with prior managerial experience at S&P Dow Jones Indexes and NASDAQ OMX PHLX. Steve has two college degrees; Electrical Engineering from Kiev College of Communications (1989) and Finance from Temple University (1999). He is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) since 2006 and an active member of the Market Technicians Association (MTA.org).
